Earlier this week I heard rumors that Tia Mowry and Pooch Hall were leaving The Game. The day that the news hit the internet Tia appeared on the Wendy Williams Show , LIVE, with her baby in tow.

The only reference made to the The Game was when Wendy announced that that congratulations are in order because the show had been picked up for another swason by BET. However, Tia made no mention of her status on the show. A few days later a spokepeople for both actors made statements on their behalf confirming that neither would be returning for another season. A reason for their departure wasn’t mentioned but, many speculate that its a result of BET failing to meet the stars payment demands. I can’t say that I blame Melanie or Derwin BET is known for refusing to loosen their purse straps. Others said that they were fired. While no additional information was provided for Tia’s departure BET made the following statement regarding Pooch Hall. BET said in a statement Thursday that Hall isn’t coming back because of his “involvement on a new project.” Hall recently signed on to do the Showtime pilot “Ray Donovan.” Wendy Williams announced that Tia Tweeted her and advised her that she had no idea that she would no longer be a part of the show until after she left Wendy’s studio. So I’m leaning more towards the firing rumor. Will you continue to watch The Game ? I fell back once it moved to BET, I can’t! lol
